Ukrainian blues is not only blues from Ukraine.
Ukrainian blues is World Music. You can hear the spirit of Ukrainian culture. You sink in atmosphere of Ukrainian ethnic music. Blues, in turn, is musical foundation of song, it is well-known musical form, by which Verlibena introduces the listener with the Ukrainian ethnic motives.
Verlibena’s blues has own face.
Festivals: Easter in Kosmatch (the first prize in the folk-rock section, 2008), Music Leader of the Crimea (winner, 2008), Runny Posokh (Sevastopol), Svirz, Ìàzåpà-fest, Tchervona Ruta (diploma, 2009), Rurysko (Berezhany), Taras Bulba, Pidkamin, Gorlica, Syajvo.
The band is well-known by the audience of the Kiev radio stations Promin, Rocks and Era.

CooL one doings: As once Verlibena was opening for Ukrainian singer Ruslana. One of the band performances in Kiev’s Bochka was filmed by the National Geographic Channel.
